How to Lose Belly Fat by Dieting.
Simply consume foods which contain complex carbohydrates and lean protein at every single meal. Foods to be avoided are processed carbs for example flour / white bread, junk food, pasta produced from white flour, processed fruit with added sugar, pickles, and alcoholic beverages. They will make you put on weight simply because processed carbohydrates are very easily stored as fat within the body.
You have to quit consuming regular soda or diet. Stop drinking coffee and substitute it with green tea as an alternative in losing weight quickly while defeating caffeine addiction. Avoid the snack section at the supermarket like potato chips, ice cream, popcorn, cookies, candies, etc. The ingredients in these types of foods can get you hooked and could make you want to eat a lot more. The companies that produce these snacks are aware that you will remain addicted to them even after you have gained enough weight.
2)Choose only foods that contain only complex carbohydrates and lean protein at every meal, and totally avoid all foods that can make you gain weight. 3)Eat between 4 to 5 small meals a day every 3 to 4 hours.
